They're making working there (tech analysts) SO difficult they're hoping to force employees to quit rather than foot the bill for exit packages...

Australia was just the most recent domino with NO new hires with the experience to take up he slack left by Romania, Australia, etc.

Look at that fire that killed a couple of Romanian workers? Oracle was probably happy because they didn't have to pay them off with exit packages. They are probably thinking about all the money they saved.
This is not the first time they hit Teleperformance, overall things are not going well and we'll see even more cuts

They don’t treat their faire and it’s a hellish environment to work in. The managers don’t have a clue what they up to, all over the place.
How can anyone work there.
