OSHA had no problem smacking VZ in the past, I expect the same trend to continue if the unsafe work practices keep on being tolerated by the company the way they have been since the beginning of the strike.

None of the reasons is related to U.S. government.
(1) McAdams is the final approval of what happens at the table.
(2) OSHA will do nothing to Verizon about contractors or EWA workers.
(3) Union will not get government benefits and subsidies. Other than maybe unemployement.
(4) The U.S. government had nothing to do with Apple stock going down. Nothing at all.

Even if he's lying it will prove that the company is refusing to negotiate. Verizon will get taxed out the butt. Union will get government benefits and subsidies. OSHA will be brought in for all the safety issues.
