Didn't even put a dent in my bank account. Still got a vacation coming up in June and another in July, both preapproved(yes we still get to take our vacations while all this is going on). Time to get back at it and stack that doubletime.

Yeah, multiple shills stop at Starbucks, go out to the customer, stare at the problem, do nothing, tell the customer someone will be back, repeat the process with the next company shill that comes to that same customer, etc. etc., wash, rinse, repeat.
Job gets completed to continue manipulating the books, yet the customer is still out of service.
