@Hq66Bh0-2irf: There wouldn't be a need for the union if the employer could be counted on to do things above board and treat employees with integrity and respect. Just look at the comments on this board - the proof is in the pudding.

Asking people not to post on here is stupid and why are you even on here anyway if you have such a problem with it? CSR'S are going to be let go one way or another that's a fact so deal with it.
Yes there have been almost 400 CSRs from the Tulsa site fired. I do happen to work there.

Just basic AT&T management Style shut down others opinions .... They want the public to be in the dark. They don't want the public to know what an awful company they are and how they treat their employees.... Sad thing is they treat the customers almost the same .

I'm glad I got out earlier this year. This sort of behavior is what bad culture creates. I think behavior will only get worse as more people are laid off.
