Agreed, accepting welfare support from the government is a punch in the gut to those that really need it. I'd cross a picket line or mow lawns before I'd take a handout. That legal loophole is a disgrace. Wonder what happens if you use up unemployment for a strike then really need it later in the year if Vz replaces your abandoned position and you are truly out of work in a job loss situation.
