It’s time to agree to the mediation tomorrow and let us get back to work before all is lost. The LBFO just needs a few tweaks, and myself and others I talk to are willing to split the difference. This is coming from a union member field technician.

You guys are stupid. No matter how this ends the union will be brought to its knees. They are softening us up by making the union fund bleed. Even if we are able to go back we wont be in a position to "fight" ever again. Money wins wars.

There have been tiny little movements from both sides. Presently there is also portions of the union that needs others to catch up a bit. The LBFO doesn't mean anything.
Calm down and let them negotiate. Anyone posting more than that wants to twist your minds up.
This thing will be over. The union might have to give up a few issues but nothing like what's on the table now. However we also won't be accepting what they want us too.

Sorry Field Tech. We have to get bent over and take it in the butt ostensibly for a bunch of people being overpaid to answer phones but, in reality, so Shelton, Mooney and Trainor can continue to pull down their big buck salaries, pay for their palace houses and live high on the hog off the dues we pay.
My spine is still intact- I'm in it till the end. Obviously some of what is in the last offer will remain, but do you understand that the 4 pages that the company sent to our homes was cherry picked from 60 pages of contract language? Lots of Devils in the details .
