CWA has completely botched this strike. They took us out to bolster Bernie Sanders in the New York primary and then the other D2-13 states the next week and it has been an absolute unmitigated strategy disaster. There is next to zero media coverage and no traction from this bullcrap Philippines non-story. Are union members seeing what the union is proposing. In 2011 I could find their counter offers. This time nothing.

I've personally voted against the 2003 contract as well, but was in minority.
So yes, members do get to vote on final version of the contract.
GO BACK SOUTH. To answer your question NO. We don't vote to ratify a contract. We vote on the proposed agreement between the union and the Morongememt. If the proposal is accepted by the union members it becomes a legally binding contract between the 2 sides, of which Veridiot will violate within 24 hrs. I personally have never voted to accept one because they always lban workplace violence. Go back to your right to work state.
