The contract offer will not change. Only thing will change is your W2. Ironically when you go back to work it will be for the exact contract.

@Hop82zb-jrc educate us - What exactly is at stake? sweatshops overseas? Thats why you are walking? ha - I stand by my statement - you will be back on the job with that offer. Not pro company - it's just pro -reality. You total membership couldn't sell out a Phillies game - there really is nothing at stake other then whats in your bubble of reality. Your union blinders are really good - cult like. "my sheep - here is the plan - we stop working that will show them - promise it will only be for 3 weeks wink-wink"

Ok - Union officer? Regardless, at the end of the day you will be working for the same contract that allows sweatshops and VZW will still be non-union. I'm just trying to save you some money. Please screen shot this and make sure to deliver to Mooney the day you ratify.
