Ha -- joke -- Your leadership is in bed with the company. Now they are hiring replacement workers - WAKE UP.. Vote on the contract - thats what real unions do. You are making it bad for all. Actually when union wins, management pays for it with more reductions in force. The luxury benefits that none of the other 140,000 employees get have to be paid for by someone. I think you should wait this out longer. I'm sure the company will crumble into a pile of rocks and couldn't possibly replace the workers who left, right? Vz execs are running a big bluff. It's not really the last best final offer, right?
Don't forget , what we have is pretty good- and all we really want is to keep it- when we lose what we have the standard gets lowered for the rest- including all of the scum, spineless manages - remember, the managers always need to make a little more than we do so when we lose, they lose even worse
Steam fitters are still working with VRZ in VA. I drive by two of their trucks every day going in and out of my location. They are a real union. CWA is a boner swallowing joke.
