There's no reason to come back until the "last, best and final offer" gets revised. Unlike the shills on here we're not bending over for a very rich corporation.
2222 reports they are heading to the bargaining table. Not that they are bargaining with the company. They said with the CWA. The unions have some differences also
If you want to be in control of your own future, Unions are not for you, but if you want to belong to the batganing group you must be a member, make a choice!

While the union may look out for the membership as a collective (the rockstars to the lazy asses) they will bargain for a one size fits all contact. YOU need to do what's in the best interests for YOU. Why let someone else determine your fate?
To answer that question you can't they are dug in won't give up I guess it's up to the individual to decide there own fate and either cross or find other work so the union loses dues and the company loses skill maybe if enough do this then the two sides will get the message but I doubt it
So how do you persuade a union leadership that can't win to get the loyal members back to work? How do you get them to cut their losses and start looking out for the best interests of the membership?
Sometimes common sense gives way to hope I guess your right ,I can only surmise the union has got itself in a fight it cant win and is unable to sway company seems like the last five weeks were a total waist of time and money
The only thing the union is doing is planninng rallies and family days on the picket lines.
Yes, Union leadership is at the table, possibly Peter Luger's or at Del Frisco's steak houses. Forgot which one they go to on even days of the week.
Use common sense. The latest bargaining report just said they have not met all week. Do you honestly think that they would meet on the weekend when they had not met at all this week?
