I can only surmise the company wants to hang their hat on being the first company to break a telcom union. Did the union counter-propose a cap of say 35 years on pensions? We don't even know do we? Right.. just spoon feeding time of the rah rah brigade. Is this the same union crying that we are being divided and conquered when they themselves signed two contract that did just that?
