Are you a manager in EG? If so you should have recorded notice on Monday that its been pushed back.

The EG team was told that the current timeframe for notification is the 23rd. They are giving folks until tonight at midnight to volunteer....then the level 3 and higher are in Dallas next week with notifications to follow.
