We are guaranteeing you a job and also a $10,000 bonus for sticking it out. We know crossing that picket line daily is not easy when Union scum is yelling obscenities at you as you pass by. A bonus is the least we can do.
A large percentage of our new workforce is already going through exhaustive 12 hour a day training. They are picking things up fast and will be just as good if not better performing employees than the Union scum we had.
