Wow are you out of the loop because what you just warned against doing IS EXACTLY WHAT VERIZON IS DOING WITH WIRELINE. Who tells us these lies? The company's OWN PUBLIC FINANCIAL STATEMENTS!

Hello, McFly, hello?! I do give you credit for at least sounding intelligent while simultaneously actually being dumb as brick. Hell, I'm recommending you for the executive board champ.

@AZC- I don’t think you guys understand how this works.

If you are trying to get rid of an entity, you do not hide your debts there. First: it makes that entity unattractive to buyers. Second: you want an accurate account of all entities so that you can make a valid sell/hold decision.

If you are hiding debt, presumably, you are doing it for a reason. If you have a reason to do that, then why would you sell the shelter?

Whoever is telling you that Verizon is placing all debts on the wireline side has no idea how business works

When wireless pays off its own debt instead of putting ALL debt on wireline we'll see what the stock price is then....

I think it is also fair to point out that his stock is at $6 dollars per share and he lost the company -13% last quarter.
