The EG team was told that the current time-frame for notification is the 23rd. They are giving folks until tonight at midnight to volunteer.... Then the level 3 and higher are in Dallas next week with notifications to follow...

I believe this is for the entertainment group. And i also heard parts of mobility was notified. Im praying for everybody bc these times are stressful

They can give you a 60 days of severance, you are on payroll during that time. That'd be in lieu of a WARN notice, so they would be fine (I mean management) as it relates to 60 day layoff notice
5/23 is for letter delivery via FedEx or other trackable delivery method. It's the latest they can go to hit the 60 day notice if they want to meet the last day on payroll date that has been set. I think they will verbally tell people on 5/20.
We've heard the 20th and our level 3's are not in Dallas next week.
