agree with the OP, trying to understand why you stay? abusive working conditions, verizon is evil, execs are greedy and don't care about rank and file....quit, leave...retrain, go find a new job in a growing industry...wireline is dying...in 5 years it will be dead( dead meaning no growth). execs know this and are not going to give in to your demands. as is the story so often, new technologies are killing your jobs, not greed.
