I am lucky not to be asked for EWA due to my job. But those "scabs" were not asked but told. So give them a break

The pool would probably be cleaner. I'm sure a film of oil and dirt rises as the membership hits the pool.
I am surprised you have the funds to host such an event. More importantly, is your homeowners insurance up to date? I wouldn't want to take the risk of a swimming accident.
Address please. Otherwise this post is as hollow as the union claims that they want a "fair agreement". In reality they mean they want to be overpaid for doing work that takes 1-2 weeks to train for.
