I would think the tax should be 85.00 not 80.00
But this does start in congress, and the WH.
But, neither party cares for the Union or non-union folks.
Trump has talked a bit about H1B's, but that is only part of the issue.
The Donald in a landslide, like Reagan's

Verizon is offshoring a lot of jobs to India and other countries. I lost my Verizon job because of this very fact. Somebody has to stand up for this cause. American corporate greed is out of control!!!
Get the people back to work then fight to change the rules. So what if a company wants to outsource work to another company, let them. However, the difference between the cost of the outsourcing and what the job would be paid here should be a tax. Example, if overseas the cost is $20 and in the US $100, the $80 dollars is fully paid as tax. This would eliminate outsourcing, or if he company really wants to support overseas workers is fine an long as we also help this country.
This is what these giant American corporations want skilled and unskilled american workers to compete with, $1.78 per hour slave wages. This is the race to the bottom they are seeking for us here in the U.S. Ask yourself, if you start making 2 bucks an hour down the road because of these greedy a$$holes, do you think your bills will be reduced down to nothing in order compensate for the decline in wages to that level in this country? Nope! We are screwed!
