At that same website you can easily look up historical troubles and their rates. Theres no discernable difference between before and after the strike.
Whether the data on that site is accurate or not is another question.

This website is such a fat load of bs. Look at how it works. It isn't actually connected to operations it runs completely off customer tweets and user submissions. I could tweet it that the whole US was down and it would report it. The heat map is also BS since it covers the map in the darker colors based off an average of about 20 tweets. Tweets that aren't even verified.
