At my EWA loction my fellow managers are caving. We already had 1 resign and walk out the door and more may follow- morale is horrible and the pathetic attempt to give out baskets on Mother's Day was just lame. We have no clue of what we are doing and showing up to customers and pretending we have a clue after working on a speed upgrade for 3 days is just embarassing. I do as little as possible as I don't climb poles and ladders for a living and am not going to get injured or die for this heartless company. We find a spot to hide every day and ride it out. The females who have families are having an even harder time. I hope the unions beat them down this round. It's going to be a joke if a settlement is reached because the morale on both sides will be so low, I can't see much getting done.

Nobody cares about this strike. I don't even watch news, local or national, on TV anymore. People are too busy to watch these news nowadays. Watching TV all day long is old people's previlege.
Live in Harford County Maryland. Have not seen 1 picketer since VZ went on strike here. The only reason I know VZ is on strike is because my husband is on EWA assignment at a call center in Richmond, VA. He said 15 Union members have crossed since strike began. He's answering at least 5 to 6 calls an hour while they sit there and put their terminal on sleep mode. What's wrong with that picture? Then they are the first in line to get their food when catering service arrives for the EWA worker's. Wow!

I've never seen a more mangy looking crew than I see on the picket lines. Keep posting your little videos because they only prove to everyone outside of NYC (who aren't even aware you're on strike by the way) what a disgusting pack of animals the union is. When people outside of the NYC slums see these, it just bolsters the anti-union sentiment.

@Hm5UqtF-zmh I am live in Maryland Baltimore county area. Picketer number is shrinking very fast these days. Like you said some managers might quit due to different reasons. But company's long-term plan against this strike will last at least until this Christmas. Yes 4Q. Not good for Union at least.

Yesterday only saw 4 picketers infront of the wireless store. Normally it was 10 to 15. The number keeps shrinking everyday. Union is losing.

Talked to my manager, not walking out but looking for another job. Picket lines are strong.
Couple Managers quit Tuesday at my garage as well. Said it wasn't worth it, and didn't see it getting better anytime soon.
We've had far more guys (smart guys) cross the line back to the garage and no manager has left. Can't say is managers are all that happy to still be here doing a very 1 + 1 = 2 sort of job and going to a hotel every night... But it's certainly not worth quitting over.
Not at my garage. We have a great group of people. No one left, or plans to leave.
And on the picket line, the union members are just falling apart. People crying, tired of walking in circles. No trust, I don't know how long we can go on like this.
