Union members picket for pennies while supporting a stance that some truly believe in. Replacements do their best knowing that everywhere other than call centers they aren't touching the normal workload or quality of service. In the meantime VZ Corp whores and Union Boss fat cats make huge salaries with no threat to their family's financial well being and go home to their families every night. Replacements get tired and lonely and bitch about the benefits the union retirees have fought for, union members get tired and broke and bitch about the shoddy work and greed of the replacements. All just pawns in a game which the rank and file on each side have no pull whatsoever. I get that sites like this are simply a few people blowing off steam and/or vainly awaiting responses (or simply replying to their own posts to stir the pot), but I hope that deep down the readers and posters understand that both sides are simply pawns in the predetermined game that the 'leaders' on both sides are playing out.

To Double Yup: Go F yourself. I've done this job for 28 years multiple strikes And you brag about$$$ when you haven't been exposed to the true aspects of the Job. Never been in a pit or a manhole. or at a ped in 20 degree weather. Showing your true colors. and you will always be a worthless f---ing scab.

But, one type of pawn in the game gets paid nicely to be used in that role, while the other gets put into bankruptcy :-(
