It goes by post views. The more views the more union money the company gives us. It isn't a bad stipend when all is said and done. Only guideline is no racism.
Just looked at the CWA National Executive Team photo on the CWA website. Good Lord. Looks like the craziest bunch of mugshots I've ever seen. And these are the people you've trusted your families wellbeing to? i need a drink after looking at that motley crew.
Oh yes, here in India 2 cents a post is good. They show us pictures of thses lazy , union people walking in circles chanting water buffolo mating calls and it makes me laugh.
Better than that. 32 hours at time-and-a-half in addition to their regular weekly salary.
