I do agree with a comment made in the conference call last night, this company as well as many companies years ago were all family oriented. They had respect for their workers and their families.
Had consideration for taking care of their employees at the moment and for retirement. Companies don't care anymore. This same attitude towards employees is everywhere today. Police officers that have been on the force for 20 years say the same, teachers also."It's not like it was" is the slogan.
It doesn't have to be that way, we just all need to bring respect back and remember we all have families and we all have a life out side of our job. With that being said, we all don't make 18 million a year but we should all be able to share compassion regardless of the amount of money someone has.
