We've been trying to hire the same caliber of worker as the union they are replacing. Sadly most of the overweight, under educated, violence prone thugs were already being paid to carry around signs and yell into traffic cones.

Have you seen the look of the union, fat overweight guys with mullets who limp around in front of the garage gates. So out of shape it is ridiculous, and standing around smoking. Looks like a nightmare for company health care costs!!
