Who exactly is the "We"? If it is union leadership, I would agree that they are winning. They are being paid, they have an issue that they can use to try to recruit new members, and their faithful sheep are mostly staying in the fold in doing as they are told.
Let the old timers stay out. They've got their pensions and gravy. For the newer guys, it's about survival, not trying to make some point that won't matter in 2 years when Wireline is either standalone or part of a smaller company.

Proof? At some point the Union will have to back this claim up....I don't see it. Maybe I have been around to long....to jaded. I don't have any fait in VZ or CWA.
I just receied 5 contractors, eager to learn,respectful and happy for a job. Let the union stay out forever.
