While the reps may very well appreciate their jobs, my personal experience - as a customer - when it comes to VZ's DSL support based in India has been nothing short of abysmal. Obviously, YMMV.

@xen- you like bad attitudes and having your account screwed up? I don't care if the person I'm speaking to has an accent or not... I just care that what I'm calling for gets done. I can always tell a union rep. not by the accent, but by the attitude. and... having to call back to have my account fixed from what the union member messed up. the bottom line... offshore reps appreciate their jobs, and do them competently and happily.

That's a fact! I don't want to speak to some bangalore bozo. I always demand to be connected to someone in the US.
