My EWA was to do my regular job and oh boy has it gotten easier.. The EWA workers are glad to answer the phone without an attitude and are more than happy to do what you ask. Please Please Please UNION don't come back. From a high level view looking down i can see all internal ticketing systems are well below the average and in some cases cut in half. I never wish ill will on anyone but i hope you never return.

Verizon's plan is to have all H-1B workers which are non-immigrant visa people in the United States under the Immigration and Nationality Act, section 101(a)(15)(H). It allows U.S. employers to temporarily employ foreign workers in specialty occupations.
Without a Union all job's at Verizon will be temporary employees, or H1b visa workers. That's a fact.
Haha, and I will laugh when Verizon becomes a giant revolving door of people being hired and fired constanly without the union. MOST call centers are that way anyhow..that will cost VZ alot of dough to keep hiring and firing people, but upper management doesnt care because they are penny wise and pound foolish and will run the company into the ground. The way they are being worked to death, they will start dropping off like flies and WON'T last....
