There are alot of people that can do my job. The thing is there isnt to many people that will put up with the bullshit and the rules and the threats and the lies and the gps and the collered shirts in the manhole in 100 degrees heat. And a boss that never did your job telling you what to do and to top it off I have a college degree so my boss is even less educated. If I get RIFed after this I'll just get a new job. I'm not union and never will be, but I'm very qualified so gainful employment isn't a concern.

They can leave them as contractors for 30 months. Many contractor companies offer their own benefits so they are happy and Vz gets off cheaper. Growing area of market worldwide not just a few states in NE.
