Have you noticed this about Union folk?

They are dumb but never wrong. They hate capitalism, but they want to be paid more and more by a capitalist company. They hate how much a CEO is paid but they don't mind if other Union members are paid a lot of money - like pro athletes or actors. They always mention solidarity, but couldn't give a crap about the junior employee. They always mention solidarity, but will file a grievance against someone else because they received more overtime. They always mention solidarity, but they don't care about their union brother because they say "as long as I get mine" They brag about how much money they make, but would never help their union brother with paying his mortgage, if he is having a hard time during a strike. They hate the company they work for but will never leave the company they work for. They love the Union, but they don't have a clue how a union works during the strike. They have no clue that the union environment is socialist. They make a living by repairing communication equipment when they get a trouble ticket, but they destroy and sabotage it when no one is looking. (ball-less cowards) They know the Union Leadership is corrupt, but they trust the union trustee that manages it. I think I could go on and on and on .......

OP you have been completely pwned!

I was Vz management for nearly 30 years and 25 as a Manager. Some of the smartest dedicated people worked for me, each with skill and talents. We are now trying to paint them with the 1% of the idiots that work for the company and cause all the problems. Lay off the core union members, they do not deserve these generalizations.

Probably just another former management clown who has time to type between schlepping orders at Smashburger. LMAO

OP, I think if you approached a picket line and told them your feelings it would be a positive experience. Maybe don't start with number 1,but from 2 to 12 you'll be good. That's what these guys need, honest feedback from a smart person.
