You hear quotes like the one from Rich Young about the union leaders not negotiating. I would be livid if I was on the street for 4 weeks without pay. Union members need to hold your leaders accountable for what is going on. BOTH SIDES NEED TO SIT DOWN AND END THIS! There is no reason for the strie to be this long to begin with. Get in the room and figure it out.

Carryover vacation days have been paid in my area as long as you had them in on your tablet.
If you followed the process you would know what was said was not accurate. Both sides have been coloring outside the lines.

The company wants to get rid of the union. The union wants some martyrs for the current presidential candidates to point to during the election. None of them get what they want if a contract is signed.
