Verizon trying to tell me we don't get increase in pay per wage schedule or differential but we get get Sunday pay??? How hell does that work? I'm working my butt off because I support our customers and know they need us but why is Verizon still trying to f--- with me? I'm doing them a favor by crossing the line. Do us scabs need to start like an new Union or something? I'm thinking the Scab Wireline Brotherhood of NJ would be a good fit. Also if they try to terminate me do I get a Union to represent me? How does that work if they try to fire me?
Never really liked the union but was curious if I needed them during strike how that works? Do they cross and come support me in my grievance?
