I was very disappointed to see on youtube some EWA workers cleaning and polishing coax cable in an improper manner. Just wondering if the new hires will know how to correctly clean the coax cable? Our customers are depending on you!

Thank you for validating my point. I didn't say that you did call people "retards". Your reading comprehension is lacking. I did not lie either. That is the problem...you can't tell the difference or you choose not to, one or the other. You hear/read/take in what you want to. Selective learning if you will. But since you've selected to be a coax slinger for the rest of your career it's cool. At least we won't have to worry about you getting into management someday. We have that to look forward to.

I think they are experimenting at Basking Ridge with getting a monkey to clean the coax.
The problem is without someone there to feed him bananas, the monkey tends to lose interest before all the coax has been thoroughly cleaned.
So you get rid of one worker cleaning the coax, that's on the plus side of the ledger, but then you have to hire another worker to feed the monkey and make sure he is doing his customer call aheads. Verizon had experimented with training a second monkey to feed the first monkey bananas, but that didn't work either as the second monkey ate both portions of banana rations. Currently they are working on developing a robot that will feed the monkeys bananas. This is why wireline has become so costly for Verizon
Now remember this job is so easy even a monkey can do it. You're not stupider than a monkey are you? Show some pride in your work and clean the cable in the proper manner!
