Happened a few weeks ago. Another fungible asset lost for AT&T. A tool needing replaced. This is mentality of AT&T senior management. Training, no we don't have the budget for that. Remember this when on the job. Fortunately for AT&T there will be another class next week full of prospective Prem Techs to take his place..
