Wireline won't be moving to Texas and I doubt VES will either. They'll be long gone and the remaining VZ Wireless and AOL/Yahoo entity will be Verizon going forward with HQ in Irving, TX.
Texas, nice weather, no state income tax and housing/property tax about 75% cheaper than NJ...yeah it really would suck!

Texas? Used to live there, family is from there. I tried to get back but the Union in Texas blocked me. It seems they felt it was better to give someone not even remotely qualified a job over someone highly qualified.
Can't wait for the Union to be broken so I can get back to Texas.

Have you ever been to Texas? It's f---ing awesome. Big cities, sunshine, beaches, ranches, affordable housing, no state tax, Mexican food, BBQ, horses and cattle and all that sh--. Beautiful. And beer.
