I'm not Union or a Verizon employee. I wouldn't buy Verizon stock under any circumstances. Ratings agencies have it at a sell or hold right now.

Headwinds include flattening revenue, massive amounts of debt, high operating costs and failure to gain significant monetization of new offerings.

Has nothing to do with unions. Verizon is just not financially healthy.

jxy is the epitome of union. He calls someone "dum" and uses "your" instead of "you". Union doesn't proofread, just like they don't double check the one job they do a day.

Why? If the Union gets decimated - then that is good for stock prices. IF the stock goes down because the DOW went down, then that is completely different.

What is the deal with Union employees - do most of them never educate themselves on the big picture or what certain events really mean to them? Do they rely blindly on the Unions and their reps with the crap they say?

After Reading this Forum, I find that 97% of the union employees are just not informed enough to speak intelligently on this situation. 3% have a clue.

Keep listening to your Union blindly, without education yourself and you will pay the price.

It seems that the 97% just blurt out thoughts that don't fit reality. That is the Union mentality.

But I guess a false sense of hope is better than no hope at all?
