Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

My thanks to the EWA employees and their efforts

As a non-union craft person I have worked my normal shift since the strike began; every day I have worked with the EWA personnel in the field, at the frame, dispatch, MCO and fielded phone calls from centers asking for help.

Every EWA I have worked with or assisted has been utterly pleasant, friendly and courteous. Non have displayed any animosity what so ever to me, to the company or to the Union. They have taken the higher ground and are making the best of a situation they have no control over. They have families to feed like the rest of us and have no choice in this matter. I am sure they would rather the Union be back to work and they be back at their desks.

My thanks to the EWA personnel in Virginia for their efforts and their good will.

Thanks to the OP. I'm working in VA myself. Same location as I usually do but doing a different job most of the time. Those who were already here doing it have been a great help trying to bring us up to speed.

Hey -rap , you know nothing about me. I might be union, EWA or just a troll. What I know is someone who would come to this site to thank there counterparts is a bag or worthless sh--...there post is worthless and smells of someone so full of narcissism that it would make any normal thinking person puke.
