Find the common ground and lay the blame where it belongs. Union has already had layoffs and are being outsourced. Non-union has already had RIFs and are being outsourced. The ones responsible for all your woes are not each other. Realize the common enemy. Support each other and target the c*(ksuckers who are ramming it up our collective unlubricated asses.

Union guys are used to it being rammed up their a$$es. It happens every month when they pay their union dues.
The old school response would be "They can force me to be here but they can't force me to work."
My brothers and sisters and I are doing just that; what is an EWAer doing? Punk answer includes "I could be fired".
