I think because The Squirrel Force four is out of peanut butter, they pulled out every single line in the Hub Box instead of bitting them. I suggest Verizon should put opened surstromming in each Hub Box to prevent those union squirrels' sabotages.

I am the OP. My husband is the technician who received this ticket today. After he opened the Hub Box and saw the mess, he called his garage boss for backup and literally spent the whole morning to fix it with another guy who came to help him. He send me a photo but couldn't upload it on this forum. They have reported this incident to the company.
This is a key reason VZ is going to use this opportunity to get rid of the union once and for all. No company wants people like that working for them.
