This week I cleared 2 jobs that have been the cause of repeat tickets for months. The fact that an EWA can fix something you cannot is very bad and not something to be proud of.

I know many others like myself have a contingency plan and will find other employment when push comes to shove while you remain under the greedy thumb of not having a life and working in sweatshop conditions. Let them bring them in, I welcome it.
Oh, good try, but the wizards from Office Space who have had their 1 week of CBT's and 2 weeks of OJT are now grizzled, hardened veterans, steel strand for muscles, creosote for blood. They are now ready to diagnose and repair all troubles with simply a butt set and a slightly rusty pair of side-cut pliers. In the true Spirit of Service, these newly-crusted troublemen are ready to repair all, and get America talking again!
Ignore the youtube videos of 2 managers who cannot figure how to place a ladder on a truck, or the 3 fly-by-nites who drop a pole on a customer's house, or the young IT professional who places the wheel chocks on the up-hill side of his bucket truck's wheels....
These things are faked by the same people who faked the moon landing and the Kennedy Assassination.
Won't happen. Even with the guys and gals "working" they can't get anything done. Thank the higher ups who have neglected outside plant for so long that everywhere is a rat's nest.
