Sure, it's easy to laugh at the non-union folks who are being forced to do jobs they were never meant to fill on a long-term basis. Wait a bit longer for the actual "replacement workers" to be in position and most of what is being observed now should go away. There will be some chuckle-heads of course who will insist on doing things their way, hopefully they'll get weeded out.
