My question is after all this havoc does VZ expect returning and future employee to work with sense of ownership, pride and represent VZ brand ? I dont see the company thriving without employees on board and a culture that displays nice things about VZ . Its an important aspect of doing business especially when you sing phrases like CHANGE ENERGIZES US

100% agree OP. This strike gas created a lot of animosity and it's only going to drive moral even lower..Our new saying if give them what they pay for; they want to pay us crap and treat us like crap then crap right back in them. I know I'll have much less pep in my step when we get back..

Its very simple. A Company hires someone to do a job and they get paid for it. The better your skills the better your pay.
The more you piss and moan makes you look like a whiner and you will most likely do a poor job anyway - poor quality and cut corners. No one wants that in the work place.

Ok buddy. That's some rich insight. Go bend over a little more please. We deal with customers every day face to face. We take pride in our work and are busy everyday. We like the customers and our jobs. It's upper management we don't like. Get your facts straight.

I think the union members have made it clear they hated working for Verizon. They hold nothing but contempt for their former employers and consider the customers to be just bargaining leverage for more money. The fewer come back to work the better off the company and customers will be in the long term.
