We are on strike because WE agreed with them. I know very few people who would have supported walking in August. But, after 8 months of forced overtime and constant QARs resulting in suspensions for petty BS, there were even less who didn't want to walk at this time. If anyone put us out in the street, it was the chain of command that enforced these decisions and created the tensions that exist.

And the FIOS is going straight down the toilet....So many Installs not waiting for Verizon anymore and have moved on to the competition.
This far into the process and that far apart. This will never get solved if negotiations stay only between VZ and the union.
