I agree it isn't that bad. I'm so ready to go back to work as well. Just a word of encouragement.... This union has been fighting to put clothes on people's backs and food on people's tables for a lot of years. We wouldn't have near what we have if it wasn't for the union, and most of these managers that are hating on here were union at one time and they know we are right. They already have been raped by the company and they want the same for us. You chose that management job... Sorry. As grim as it looks I'm trying to muster as much faith as I can in the union.
