News Just In: The call is to tell all you losers that the CWA is dumping you and moving on to better companies. They do not want to open their wallet to help you bunch of stupid sheep. If so, you are 9.5 hours ahead of people on this post and thousands of miles away from US American homeland , so why should you care?

The executive board has voted to remove Lowell but EWA is still in effect until the contract is resolved.

PS, I am an IT worker, not on EWA.
But I still hope to see the union back at work soon, while cooler heads prevail.

We were instructed to book three more weeks at our temp. assignments about an hour ago.
Maybe coming back to work, maybe telling the rank and file to "hold fast", maybe just sounding out the membership. We'll know tonight.
Why even ask that question here? You are going to get a bunch of BS responses that waste your time and insult half the population. If you got an invite to the call then get on it at 6 and find out. If you didnt, then it's not of concern to you.
