Anyone struggling with healthcare also has other options. Check out Christian medi-share. May not be for everyone but for some it will do. Also covers you enough so you don't get the healthcare Tax fine in NY and other states

@HbhodAo-vfe "The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), commonly called the Affordable Care Act (ACA) or, colloquially, Obamacare, is a United States federal statute signed into law by President Barack Obama on March 23, 2010."

Don't be stupid, Obamacare is signed into law.

Trump doesn't give a sh-- about Union. He is a business man. I am pretty sure he hates union too.

Screw Obama and his nazi orders. I will not comply furer, come and get me. They have no authorization under color of law only no implementing funding. Trump will be here soon and won't have to worry. Just tell them anything on the TAC form. They only have a handful of Gestapo's investigating it and only a tiny fraction get audited. Govt screws us with h1bs lowers wages out of work and now wants us to pay a penalty, screw you Obama

There is no penalty if you are uninsured for under 60 days.

You owe the fee for any month you, your spouse, or your tax dependents don’t have health insurance. if you did your own taxes this year you would know that there is a form that shows coverage per month.

"I'm not happy to see my former coworkers suffering. "

Fair enough.

In turn, I'm certain that many among them won't be happy when one of the scabs gets your current position handed down to them by the company...

Enjoy the extra money you're making and make sure to put it aside for a rainy day. That's what I've been doing since 2012...

I'm not happy to see my former coworkers suffering. I'm sad vim mad at myself for believing that these people were smart, intelligent people that wouldn't play right into the company's hand like this.

You aren't losing healthcare. You are choosing not to earn a great healthcare plan but now you have the government healthcare to use. You can also choose not to buy that but then you get fined come tax time.
