Yes. But the Union rejected this offer.
looks like the leadership did ok.
401K + Pension for workers who have it, check.
Good medical with no premium. tie, as the premium is going up less then the cost.
No layoffs, Check.
No relocations for temporary assignments. Loss.
Overall, seems good to me.
Note, I am in IT, and not a union member, I do not manage anyone and I do not have a EWA.
