Of cause these CWA won't say that word. But they can do other things like language abuse, physical or sexual harassment. Would they be fired because of these?
Saying "I support the NRA" in this context is clearly referencing a gun, and I bet would also lead to a striker being fired. That was a general threat, that if his wife was harassed in any way that violated the in--nction the poster would "hate to say what could happen" the implication is that a gun would be involved.
Of course anyone would defend their families lives by any means necessary, but this is not what was said.
In any case the "threat" or very bad joke anyway was when opk told somebody, whoever it was "Yes. I can find you through your IP address and shoot you. Don't be scared. I am not yfm by the way." That would also lead to a striker being fired.

It is a fact that Union workers have been fired for saying anything threatening to an EWA. If a Union worker told an EWA he knew where he lived and could go over and shoot him, that Union worker would be fired. Doesn't matter if the EWA then said "go ahead". That would not negate the threat and the Union worker would be fired. FACT

Ex-sys admin here. The only way they would be able to gather your IP would be if they had access to the layoff.com web server logs. They wouldnt even be able to packet sniff you on a local wifi connection since this site uses a SSL security certificate to encrypt your connection details. Judging by the average IQ of vz CWA it is safe to say your identity is safe.
You know now I think maybe you don't even know my IP address. Even if you did, that does not show you where I live. If you do know where I live, then prove it.
