Not under the current terms that would allow VZ to get rid of way too many people before the sale.

Frontier is OK. At least they don't outsource call centers and have never heard of QARs. Good enough for me.

Chances are no. scabs are already doing a bang up job allowing poles to smash into customer's homes and causing other various unsafe working hazards. I predict customers will and up sueing the pants of verizon, filling an obsene amount of PUC complaints and disconnecting services like there is no tomorrow. All that churn won't bode well for VZ. Also shaming people out of shopping at Verizon Wireless stores due to their misguided corporate greed will drive that point home rather nicely.
