You shall do the fighting for him, as he watches your effort from his home, It may not look like it right now but, He really does care a tremendous amount, about you, and your family. Do you know why there is no work load?????Time Warner Cable in NYC running ad's why wait switch today and get it done today. There installers can't keep up with the work load....ask one of them. If you see their trucks just ask...They are working till midnight...........So there's our work load....don't believe me Just ask.
the commitments for repair in NY at least are slipping. a customer in NJ has had 3 techs out so far to fix a can't connect on fios. said the last techs sat in her living room watching baseball for an hour waiting on a call from the supervisor that never came and then left. she has her 4th dispatch open now. they are getting through the work, but not really fixing.
Not sure about installation. An EWAer told me the normal loads before the strike in their garage was 150 per day, two weeks ago I heard they can finish 100 a day. Maybe much more today. Yes. There are still some garages on "sh-- list". But overall, so far so good.

We are giving customers free jet packs to use in the meantime. Unlimed bandwidth over lte. Keeps then pretty happy actually.
Sorry, still no installs. Lots more troubles backing up every day though. Who needs those union slobs? We're doing just great!
EWA here. I hate our exec staff just as much as you but the execs have been making rounds to all of the offices every weekend since it began. Did the union leaders work on Saturday? At least their pay was suspended along with yours, right?
