Lol. Tell me what I should read. Any links, magazines, newspapers, books? Please let me know where you gained your superior knowledge. And please give fact based sources, not opinion pieces from company shills. I'll be waiting
HaavQQW-yrm you're trying to add 1+1 to get 3 by the power of wishful thinking. While you're sitting on chair with a drink in your hand "picketing" pick up a few books to read on your free time.

Read the articles. They have been hiding wireless expenses in the local wireline side. The numbers they release are a lie. Put one and one together and you should see the bs Verizon has been spewing. Of course when you throw other, non wireline, expenses on wireline books they look less profitable. They have been lying to regulators in order to rip off the consumers to the tune of $150 billion over the last 5 years. Please save you comments for the uninformed. And P.S. Get back to work and stop wasting company time on your phone. You lazy scab
Reading comprehension is important. The first line of the article states that the fcc has "started the process" to take actions to fix the broken $40 billion special access market known as BDS.
The sh-- WILL hit the fan and the shell game WILL be exposed. The people are rising. Enough with the bullshit from our corporate class. The biggest thieves in the land by far!!!
The huffington post is a liberal rag, have to take anything they say with a grain of salt.
Also, no one had said wireline is losing money, in fact it accounts for about 7% of profits last year.
But it also accounts for 20% of revenue.
So, it is costly, and the revenue is still declining.
Neither the CFA or NNI are a federal agency; the are public interest groups which, as the article states, have prepared these reports & conclusions on their own and are offering their "help" to the actual FCC.
Nothing is close to the fan.
“We found that the majority of expenses were diverted to ‘Local Service’, while the Verizon affiliate companies were able to a) dump expenses into the local service part of the state utility financial accounting, b) not pay market prices that other competitors pay, and c) use this massive financial shell game to claim that the local networks are unprofitable to invent policy justification to ‘shut off the copper’, ‘migrate customers to more expensive services, including data capped wireless, and use this to create obscene profits in special access services.
Bit over your head there numb nuts? What's funny is the Puffington Host liberal is a mental disorder rag, ragging on daddy. lol
Are you kiddin? Yawn.

Interesting read. As most of us suspected the wireline profits were diverted to wireless and expense for wireless build was dumped as wireline expense. Maybe this is pressure that government is putting on Verizon to end this.
Lol. I'm not kidding. It seems that the government isn't going to be kidding anymore either. Why do you think Verizon is starting to give? It's because all their lies are about to exposed. No longer can they blame "wireline is not making money" arguement to demand givebacks. The wheels are going to start falling off their schemes.
There will be changes. It took to long for them to be made. The public will should be reimbursed .
Are you kiddin? Yawn.
